When you begin your registration with the Post Office, we ask that you provide your email address and confirm that you have access to that email address by entering a confirmation code on to our web page. The confirmation code is sent automatically to your email address and can be resent from our web page.
If you have not been able to receive your confirmation code, please check the following:
- Make sure you have entered the email address on our web page correctly (without any accidental spaces added before or after the email address)
- Check the junk/spam folder of your email address in case the confirmation code has been filtered there
- Try adding email@example.com to your safe senders list (or address book)
- Click the option on our web page to resend the code
If you are no longer on our registration web page, please see the following article for steps to log back in: How do I get back to the registration web page?
If you are still experiencing a problem after checking the tips above, you could also try to enter a different email address if you have one. In some cases this can resolve the issue.
Still can't confirm your email address?
Should you be unable to confirm your email address, unfortunately it won't be possible to continue with the verification process. In this case, there are alternatives in place for you to access the service you require. For more information, please visit the following page: What can I do if I can't verify online?
