How do I link my Drop & Go card to my Post Office online account?

If you are a Drop & Go customer with the Post Office, it is possible to link your card to your online account. This will enable you to do the following:

  • Top up online
  • View your account history
  • View tracking details
  • Create manifests
  • Update or edit your account details

To link your Drop & Go card to your Post Office account, please find information below:

 

Option 1: Did you create an online account to purchase a new Drop & Go card?

If you registered for an online account and applied for your Drop & Go card using the online form, once you have picked up your Drop & Go card from the Post Office branch, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://www.postoffice.co.uk/dropandgo
  2. Go to the section: 'Already set up online access?' and select 'Log in now'
  3. Once you have logged into your account, you will find the Drop & Go section. Your card may already be linked, otherwise you can link the card from there

Once the card is linked, you can proceed with topping up/viewing your account details.

Option 2: Do you have an existing Drop & Go card?

If you already have a Drop & Go card, and want to manage the card online, please follow the steps below to create a Post Office account and link your card:

  1. Go to https://www.postoffice.co.uk/dropandgo
  2. Go to the section: 'Want online access to Drop & Go' and select 'Get online access'
  3. Provide your email address and a password to create your new Post Office account
  4. On the next page, confirm your email address by entering in the confirmation code sent to you via email
  5. You should now find the Drop and Go section. To link your card, click 'Link Drop & Go account' on the page

Once your card is linked, you can access your Drop & Go account page directly via the following link: https://www.postoffice.co.uk/myaccount/account
